I want to start making green smoothies for weight loss and meal replacement. I'd like to find a book with good tasting smoothies because I know I won't stick with it if they aren't palatable. Any suggestions?

I believe the only way is to follow each other. i haven't figured it out. I guess we could also start a FB group. It doesn't seem like they make it too easy to connect aside from asking questions but I may be wrong.

Finished one whole week! Didn't miss a workout even though all week I've had diverticulitis and started passing kidney stones two days ago. The workouts have given me strength and helped me tolerate my pain better. I'm a warrior and I can do this!
