Not sure how to combat the emotional aspect, but one thing that really helps me to stay focused is using headphones. Crank those babies up really high and you won't hear your breathing, thuds or other distractions.
If you're watching on a laptop try some bluetooth sport headphones, or use an iphone with an armband and just listen to the cues.
I believe that pauses the video. There is no way I've seen to view the video non-fullscreen.

I've fought acne since my adolescence and at 29 I'm willing to try ruling out dietary triggers, so I'm trying out ignite. With any luck my skin will clear up and I'll be able to isolate foods that may be causing a problem in the balance stage.
I'm on my first week of ignite. Anyone else out there here for the same reason? Have you found the program helpful?
Some of the videos that do the best at making me sore the next day are ones you'd never expect. Try Anja's Box and Burn, and use the light weights when she suggests. It's brutal. I would def suggest Cody's Tactical Bodyweight ones, the more advanced options he gives are very difficult, even without weights. There aren't too many videos dedicated just to strength training without any cardio, but that may just be that simple weighted reps aren't very engaging in video form.

Mine is not working on iPhone App either. Past the warnings at the beginning it's just a black screen. Was working fine previously.
I did TBT after 2 rounds of Cardio Sculpt. It was a good level up!
Agreed. Make sure to use ice and or heat after your workouts to ease any swelling, take everything down a notch and make sure to stretch. Most likely it'll ease without having to see a doctor. This is a helpful resource too: http://www.acponline.org/clin...

I'm on day 43 of the program, and I like it. I haven't changed any of my eating habits, but the program has increased my routine from 40min, 3 days a week to ~40min, 5 days a week (plus the 2 mediation and stretching days). I haven't lost weight, but I'm definitely feeling stronger and more toned.
Having the program set out beforehand for 3 months definitely keeps me going, and the videos change up at a good rate, so about the time you master the video, it drops off and you get a new one. Hope this helps.
