I am new here. Not new to working out really, because I had it all figured out before. But I let life get in the way and now I have gained about twenty pounds that need to come back off. I am new to this site. And I have tried just about every site from weight watchers to the bodybugg, beachbody, and now this.
I like the idea and motivation of points and would like to use dailyburns videos to change things up but I already have a routine I like. How do I get credit for those workouts? I have both the old and new dailyburn and they don't seem to talk to each other. I have put my workouts in the old dailyburn but my point values are movine in the new one. Any help?
