Hi , i at this moment weigh 321 pounds (PLEASE dont laugh!) ive recently been diagnosed with a under active thyroid and PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovaries Syndrome) i have been miss diagnosed/untreated for i have NO idea how many years! i am LOVING this site and working out as much as possible! im also following the "Fill up on fibre" thing but i was wondering how can i speed up my weight loss? i want to be down to 11 stone (154 pounds) by this time next year or earlier , i know how stupid and quick that sounds but at my age i CANT live like this! i have always loved exercise and i love healthy food but the amount of stress ive been through in my life (Dad died when i was 2 , mum has psychosis , social services ect. involved) i guess ive just over ate and my illnesses havent helped! , please any advance would be much appreciated!
Hi , i was wondering what are high protein food for a veggie? for my weight i need around 120g a day and i'm struggling! i have eggs but no matter how many egg whites i have i STILL cant reach that amount of g's! any suggestions?

thank you! im sticking to 1200-1500 cals a day and have to stay on low carbs for the PCOS also my dietision cant do anything as she has to speak to the pediatrision and she wont do anything :( so im left to do it on my own lol

thank you! yes im on tablets ect. but one doctor tells me i have it and the next says i do not :S they also keep saying these illnesses are no reason for my weight gain which makes no sense to me considering i dont over eat :S
