Working on my second week. I was able to do the plank on my toes for 30 seconds before dropping to my knees. I'm able to do more reps of each circuit. I can feel the stronger already.
I have completed my first week of Cardio Sculpt. I only missed 2 workouts - a Saturday cardio and Sunday stretch. In its place I did yard work and recovered from overdoing it in the first two sessions. I am LOVING the Daily Burn. The routines are easy to follow and I can't wait to get to the last day. I look forward to each workout. I'm already getting stronger...I am doing more reps of the circuit each session. I'm making progress and that makes me happy.

Finished my fourth workout today. It is my second upper body. I missed the cardio and meditation weekend workouts. I was able to finish the entire workout time. My reps were less than the instructors, my moves were all the modified moves. I'm not bouncing in the cardio segments as much as they are yet, but that will come. The key here is consistency and safety. I'm sticking to modified moves for the first month at least until I get stronger. I'm loving The Daily Burn!
