im sure it is! ive done TBT twice and now on my third round(trying modification 30 and ive never had a break! usually in between days is restorivtive yoga so not so intense but still a little workout.
Im about to be done with TBT and i do modifications 1 & 2(mostly 2) is it okay for me to go through the program again? or will i hit a plateau?
it weighs the same BUT its like comparing a pound of meat to a pound of feathers! feathers being the "fat" and meat being "muscle". it takes up less room and is more defined. i had that same problem, losing inches but not weight. i lost 2 dress sizes but someone told me that its just the start and eventually the lbs will come off.
I totatlly understand where your coming from. I was homeless at a time in my life and found alot of churches who have free lunches tend to have a somewhat nutrious meal i.e. wheat bread pb & j, fruit and water. Also salvation army had a program where they would give a box of food certain days during the week and had canned vegetables and some fruit. I live in the Los Angeles Area so im not sure waht rescources you have but this is what i have learned on my journey. Good luck to you!
thank you! i decided to do tabata for now and my goal is to get to infeno! i LOVE chanllenges and the results looks amazing. Im going to stick to tabata till i get in better shape then wil switch to inferno. thanks!
i tried two days of inferno and looks like its a bit too challenging. But i did try tabata and i could do mofifaction 2 for most! I think i will stick to tabata till i can do modification 3 and will see you at the inferno workouts opnce i master it! thanks again for the response and see you soon :)
