I am doing the cardio sculpt program. I like the program but its a LONG program and Im at the point now where the workouts are more like 40-50 minutes and alot of times that is too long for me. I do my workouts in the am before getting ready for work. I need more like 30 minute workouts and I have to modify some things due to my knee. What might be a good workout to switch to?
Im doing Cardio Burn, but i wanted to perhaps look at some of the other workouts in other programs and maybe try them. Can I do that? Or will it screw up my calendar?
I just joined Daily Burn and just did my first Cardio Sculpt workout. At the end there was a calculated calorie burn? How accurate is that? Is it based on my personal stats?
it says advanced, I wonder if it would be too tough for me...I could try it
