I buy the vanilla plant fusion protein powder and add chocolate powder if I want a different flavor. Delicious :)
Oh, and bananas :)
I like to put cinnamon, peanut butter, chocolate powder, mint, honey, or oats in mine. Depends on what I am craving at the moment. I buy the plant fusion protein powder. It is delicious! I get the vanilla and put chocolate powder in it if I feel like I need that chocolate fix.
I use plant fusion. Delicious :) I buy the vanilla flavor and if I want chocolate one day, I'll put some cocoa powder in it. It seemed like the best protein powder to buy other than the dailyburn fuel.
I want to challenge myself and have more self control. I don't want food to control me anymore.
I work night shifts at a nursing home so it's hard not to snack on something - snacking tends to keep me awake...
Squats are a really good exercise that focuses on your legs and butt. I'm a nurse's assistant at a nursing home and I am told all the time by these little old ladies to take really good care of my legs so I don't end up like some of them who can't walk anymore. But, of course there is always other exercises - you don't have to do squats if you dont like them.
Since I just started daily burn, I am sticking to the videos six days a week! Once I get the hang of it and I'm not so sore, I'll start doing something else along with the videos to challenge myself. I just don't want to overdue it, got no time for injuries!
I don't follow Ignite. It seemed too restricting, just not for me. I used to eat just veggies, fruit, and meat. I lost a good amount of weight but at the same time I had really bad cravings all the time for chocolate, chips, icecream!!! So, every now and then I would crash and eat whatever I wanted and gain the weight back on and I felt horrible! So, what works for me is eating right and having these snacks but in small portion every now and then so that I don't go crazy. I was told I couldn't have milk or eggs! I love to have a glass of milk after a really hard workout so um.. no! Haha (:
yes, bananas and eggs are good for you :)
I weigh myself every single sunday when I get up out of bed! I log my weight and once a month I measure my body (calves, thighs, butt, waist, rib, chest, and arms) You may gain weight because even if you're losing fat, you're most likely gaining muscle. But, it helps to measure so you see that the fat is falling off. You will probably never notice that you look different unless your clothes start falling off or you take a before picture of yourself and compare. Just dont worry about what the scale says, its just a number.
