I am in the balance phase and really like tuna fish with a little mayo and have a homemade salad dressing I love with mayo so I would like to know what I would have to deduct?
I have been on ignite for 10 days already with doing dailyburn routines just about every day and can't seem to drop the pounds. Has this happened to anyone else? when has everyone else started losing? very frustrated!!

My only real problem on this ignite is my morning coffee. I only llike it with milk and can't give it up. I tried rice milk but it was pretty bad.
neither shake mix had any dairy or gluten. the owner thought egg based would be better because it was higher in protein.
sounds like a great breakfast to to me too and i would love to know if anything is wrong with that forgetting the shake for a minute.
