I would really just like to see a dedicated dumbell/barbell class for all over body conditiong, muscle work. More heavy lifting less cardio.
I was hoping for a weight lifting program that doesn't include cardio as I currently walk and/or rebound the equivalent of 5 miles a day. I also work 12 hour night shifts so I know that Tuesdays are just not going to be a workout day. Which program to you like the best for muscle work?
You can have natural peanut butter on Paleo? If so, my easiest and favorite breakfast is just a banana split lenthwise and sandwich peanut butter between it with a cup of coffee. I eat it almost daily.
