Workout Program Description
Maximize fat burning through interval training. Simple cardio is easy and does not maximize metabolic disturbance. Start with a 1 min run, 1 min rest, work to 30 second rest or up to 3 min run 1 min rest. Aim for 30 to 40 min total - i.e. 3min run, 10 intervals, plus 1 min rest time. "Rest" should be walking, or you can drop & do pushups.
