Workout Program Description
Was looking around for something like this and couldn't find anything so I made it up from suggested weight training regimens for swimmers, cyclists, and runners. Pick one of either incline dumbell press or pushups and one of either back extensions or supermans. I guess you could do both but you might be really sore. Mix in with some cardio - I'm doing lots of running and elliptical training this offseason. Hope you enjoy.
