The U.S. Surgeon General’s

recommended guidelines to reduce the risks for cardiovascular disease is to

include 30 minutes of moderate-intense physical activity on most (preferably, all) days of the week.

I choose these exercises because they are exercises that I can do with the equipment I have easy access to and they are also things I enjoy doing.
