About This Workout
In this 30 minute burner, Anja takes you through intense interval exercises. You'll cycle through 5 moves, for six rounds each. Make sure you bring a towel and a lot of water. You'll need it.

INFERNO is a 21 day gut-wrenching challenge of grueling workouts. Each week culminates with an AMRAP workout (as many reps as possible). Users will be able to log results and attempt to best themselves in the following weeks.
