\/> 1 teaspoon fresh chives, chopped<br \/> 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped<br \/> Dash of salt<br \/> 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated<\/p>\n<h3>Preparation<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0 F.<\/li>\n<li>Cut the tops off the tomatoes and spoon out the flesh and seeds, discarding them.<\/li>\n<li>Place the tomatoes in a glass baking dish<\/li>\n<li>In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, chives, parsley and salt together.<\/li>\n<li>Pour egg mixture into the tomatoes and sprinkle cheese on top.<\/li>\n<li>Bake until the egg mixture is set, about 45
