Toss with salt, pepper and herbs to coat. Bake until the vegetables begin to brown, about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.<\/li>\n<li>Meanwhile, make the pesto and cook the pasta.<\/li>\n<li>Drain and rinse the sunflower seeds. In a food processor, pur\u00e9e seeds, garlic, arugula, basil, oil, honey and lemon zest and juice until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the noodles following package instructions.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, toss the noodles, pesto and vegetables to combine.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Think pasta and pesto can&#8217;t be healthy?
