We amped up the greens to make a refreshing and light lettuce wrap and used creamy <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyburn.com\/life\/recipes\/avocado-pomegranate-salad-recipe\/\" target=\"_blank\">avocado<\/a> and a boiled <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyburn.com\/life\/recipes\/breakfast-sandwich-recipes\/\" target=\"_blank\">egg<\/a> as a healthier fat substitute for mayonnaise. The egg also raises the protein quotient of the sammie, while a handful of pea shoots sneak in extra nutrients, including vitamins A and C and folic acid.
