You\u2019ll still get gobs of melted, yummy, gooeyness but with less fat (we promise you won\u2019t miss the butter) and more nutrients, thanks to the addition of tomatoes and spinach. The sandwich has plenty of calcium and protein from the cheddar and the sprouted-grain bread. Lightly spray the bottom with cooking oil. Add sandwich and cook until browned on the bottom, about 4-5 minutes. Flip the sandwich over, cover the skillet and continue to cook until the other side is browned and cheese has melted, about 4-5 minutes more.
