Place in a large bowl with brown sugar and sugar. Whisk until combined. Add the egg and vanilla, whisking until combined. Stir in applesauce and then fold in apple pieces and walnuts.<\/li>\n<li>Cover bowl and dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350<b>\u00b0\u00a0<\/b>F and grease a baking sheet, or line with parchment paper.<\/li>\n<li>Drop tablespoons of dough on sheet and flatten with <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/dailyburn.com\/life\/fitness\/no-equipment-back-exercises\/\"   title=\"back\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"436\">back<\/a> of spoon. Bake for 10 minutes, or until bottoms begin to brown.
