Add garlic, lemon zest, oregano and red pepper flakes and saut\u00e9 for 4-5 minutes. Adjust heat so the garlic does not brown. Remove from heat and let sit.<\/li>\n<li>Place pistachios in an airtight bag and using a rolling pin or your hands, crush into small pieces.<\/li>\n<li>Dip the asparagus in the oil mixture and then place on a large rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle with half of the pistachios and then flip asparagus over. Sprinkle the remaining pistachios until coated.
