Do not over mix.<\/li>\n<li>Divide into four equal portions and flatten each into one-inch thick patties.<\/li>\n<li>Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray and place patties in pan, in an even layer. Cook for six minutes, flip and cook for another six minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Slice open English muffins and spread mustard on half.
