Before removing from grill, cut into the center of the chicken breasts to see if they\u2019ve cooked completely. If they\u2019re still pink, continue cooking.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>For the&nbsp;salad:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>&nbsp;In a medium-size bowl, whisk together all ingredients for the vinaigrette until you have a consistent mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Place two cups of spinach in each bowl.
