I wish I had taken better care of myself, though \u2014 it would have made turning 40 easier.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>On Hosting 365<\/strong>: \u201cI love that I get to be part of people taking charge of their health and changing their lives. I\u2019m inspired by the idea that we\u2019re doing something important together every day. I\u2019m also \u2014 a bit selfishly \u2014 stoked to work out with some of the best trainers in the world.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>On Why He Works Out: <\/strong>\u201cI want to age well. I don\u2019t mind getting older, but I do mind feeling older. I\u2019ve got a nine-year-old son with a ton of energy who loves <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyburn.com\/life\/tech\/best-running-shoes-sports\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sports<\/a> and running around \u2014 and I\u2019ve got to keep up with him while also setting an example. Any night the weather permits, after the homework is done and the dishes are clean, we go out for a little bit. It doesn\u2019t have to be a long walk, it\u2019s to spend time as a family and stretch our legs together.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>On Overcoming Challenges: <\/strong>\u201cConsistency is the biggest challenge for everyone. It\u2019s easy to get up and get on your feet once, but the challenge is to make it part of your everyday life.
