If you need to make things a bit easier, use a chair to balance your upper body, making sure to not lean on it too hard for support.&nbsp;Here&#8217;s&nbsp;how it&#8217;s done!<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to: <\/strong>Begin by standing with feet hip-width apart, hands on your hips <strong>(a)<\/strong>. Step your left foot <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/dailyburn.com\/life\/fitness\/no-equipment-back-exercises\/\"   title=\"back\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"569\">back<\/a> directly behind your right foot, squaring hips and shoulders to face&nbsp;front <strong>(b)<\/strong>. Squeeze the inner thighs (this will prevent wobbling) and lower&nbsp;into a lunge, both legs at 90-degree angles, front knee tracking above your ankle. Keep the upper body upright, being careful to not hinge forward at&nbsp;the waist <strong>(c)<\/strong>. Next, engaging your glutes, come up to standing on your&nbsp;right leg, and lifting your left leg&nbsp;straight out to the side <strong>(d)<\/strong>. Tap left toes to the ground and raise left leg before returning to starting position to complete one rep <strong>(e)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Get the most out of this move by spending 50 seconds on each side with 10 seconds of rest in between sets.
