In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, honey, coconut oil, pumpkin spice and salt. Add the oats, pecans and almonds. Stir well to evenly coat the mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the granola mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the granola is golden and crunchy. Stir the mixture once or twice while baking to encourage even browning.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from the oven and add the cranberries.
