That may seem hard to do, but consider this: A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.starbucks.com\/menu\/drinks\/espresso\/caffe-latte#size=42&amp;milk=67\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">grande latte from Starbucks<\/a> (made with whole milk) will run you 220 calories, and a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.starbucks.com\/menu\/drinks\/espresso\/pumpkin-spice-latte#size=183887&amp;milk=67&amp;whip=NA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pumpkin spice latte<\/a> of the same size, without whipped cream, clocks in at 350 calories. A recent study found that people consume an average of <a href=\"https:\/\/journals.cambridge.org\/action\/displayAbstract?aid=9357050&amp;fileId=S1368980014001153#aff1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">200 more calories<\/a> on days they eat out compared to days they cook at home. And people who prepare most of their meals at home consume fewer carbohydrates, less sugar and less fat than people who cook less often or not at all, <a href=\"https:\/\/journals.cambridge.org\/action\/displayAbstract?fromPage=online&amp;aid=9671907&amp;fileId=S1368980014001943\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">research finds<\/a>.
