Thanks to spices like cloves, ginger, cinnamon and allspice, each bite is chockfull of sweet and zesty flavor, no refined sugar necessary. Huzzah! A whole six grams of protein per muffin \u2014 the same amount in a <a href=\"https:\/\/ndb.nal.usda.gov\/ndb\/search\/list?qlookup=01129\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hard-boiled egg<\/a> \u2013 will keep you energized for whatever winter throws your way. Place muffin tin liners in your tin.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, tapioca starch, baking soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and allspice. Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In a separate bowl, whisk coconut sugar, eggs, melted coconut oil, lemon juice and pumpkin puree until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Add wet ingredients to bowl of dry ingredients and mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Pour batter into muffin tins so each is three-quarters of the way full.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until muffin springs <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/dailyburn.com\/life\/fitness\/no-equipment-back-exercises\/\"   title=\"back\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"608\">back<\/a> when touched.<\/li>\n<li>Remove and let cool.
