On any given day, Becca Pace, head trainer for Daily Burn&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/2o4pyiE\" target=\"_blank\">Barre Harmony<\/a> program, could be teaching up to six\u00a0classes at different locations! \u201cThe class styles that I specialize in require a lot of physical demo-ing from me, since they are structured to flow much like a <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyburn.com\/life\/fitness\/cardio-dance-beginner-workout-tips\/\" target=\"_blank\">dance class<\/a>,\u201d Pace says. \u201cPlus, the commute can take me from the east side to the west, uptown to downtown, and I even teach in New Jersey one night a week. You can imagine, I get hungry with all of that action!\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>RELATED:\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailyburn.com\/life\/db\/barre-harmony-daily-burn-barre-workout\/\" target=\"_blank\">Barre Harmony: Total-Body Workout You Can Do at Home<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The secret to her survival is making sure she always has a water bottle on hand to <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyburn.com\/life\/health\/healthy-foods-stay-hydrated-without-water\/\" target=\"_blank\">stay hydrated<\/a>. \u201cI pretty much only drink water, with the occasional coffee and hot tea in the mix, so having a steady supply is super important \u2014 especially when I&#8217;m running all over NYC all day,\u201d Pace says. While she relies on <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyburn.com\/life\/recipes\/healthy-green-smoothie-recipes\/\" target=\"_blank\">smoothies<\/a> and peanut butter to tide her over when she needs a quick snack, Pace says it\u2019s important for her to eat meals that will keep her full and energized.<\/p>\n<p>Curious about how this super-toned fitness pro stays satiated? This soup from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.evolutionfresh.com\" target=\"_blank\">Evolution Fresh<\/a> is made with vegetable-based broth (though Pace does eat meat), kale, tomato, beans and avocado. \u201cSo yummy, so healthy, but hearty to keep me full for a few hours, which is important,\u201d Pace says. \u201c[It] warms me up, fills me up, and it was really great knowing everything was fresh and clean.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>RELATED:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyburn.com\/life\/health\/best-meal-prep-clean-eating-instragam\/\" target=\"_blank\">21 Meal Prep Pics from the Healthiest People on Instagram<\/a><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_47314\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-47314\" style=\"width: 620px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-47314 size-full\" title=\"What This Group Fitness Instructor Eats in a Day\" src=\"https:\/\/dailyburn.com\/life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Becca-Dinner.jpg\" alt=\"What This Group Fitness Instructor Eats in a Day\" width=\"620\" height=\"400\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-47314\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><i>Photo: Courtesy of Becca Pace<\/i><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Dinner<\/h3>\n<p>Like most of us, Pace\u2019s eyes are often bigger than her stomach by dinnertime. \u201cI love pasta, and <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyburn.com\/life\/health\/carbohydrates-pre-post-workout-carbs\/\" target=\"_blank\">I need the carbs<\/a> after a big day of burning calories,\u201d she says. \u201cHowever, I take a little less than I think I can eat, so I don\u2019t get to the point of feeling bloated from over-eating.\u201d She also tends to enjoy her food at a leisurely pace. \u201cI eat very slowly, I always have,\u201d says Pace (who attributes her slow eating style to the fact that she\u2019s a big talker!). \u201cThis can be helpful in keeping the metabolism working at a steady pace.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The party\u2019s not over after dinner, though.
