Or you know I\u2019ll end up killing somebody!\u201d Diggs laughs.<\/p>\n<p>Like many parents, when it comes to mealtime, Diggs finds himself reaching for whatever his son doesn\u2019t finish. He\u2019ll supplement his breakfast with a <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyburn.com\/life\/recipes\/quick-easy-protein-shake-recipes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">protein shake<\/a> and then will try to stick with chicken and salad for dinner. The one constant: \u201cDefinitely wine before bed,\u201d Diggs says.
