Combine almond butter, coconut sugar, egg, vanilla and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir until the dough is a uniform consistency and pulls from the sides of the bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Roll the dough into 12 balls and put them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Gently press each dough ball down with a fork to form a criss-cross pattern. Top with an almond and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 10 minutes.
