You don\u2019t need too many of these treats to satisfy your sweet tooth \u2014 stick to two macaroons per serving.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RELATED: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailyburn.com\/life\/recipes\/energy-bites-recipes\/\" target=\"_blank\">11 No-Bake Energy Bites Recipes<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Paleo Maple-Pumpkin Coconut Macaroons<\/h3>\n<p>Prep time: 10 minutes<br \/>\nChill time: 1 hour<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">1\/3 cup maple syrup<br \/>\n1\/3 cup almond butter<br \/>\n1\/3 cup coconut oil<br \/>\n1\/3 cup pumpkin puree<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon vanilla extract<br \/>\n1\/2 tablespoon pumpkin spice<br \/>\n2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut<br \/>\n1\/2 cup chopped pecans<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Add maple syrup, almond butter, coconut oil, pumpkin puree and vanilla extract to a large bowl. Mix the ingredients evenly until the mixture comes out smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe bowl and warm the mixture until the ingredients are soft and melted, about 30 seconds.<\/li>\n<li>Fold in the unsweetened shredded coconut and chopped pecans.<\/li>\n<li>Using a spoon, scoop the mixture into small mounds. Refrigerate the macaroons until they\u2019re firm, about an hour.<\/li>\n<li>Store the macaroons in a covered container in the fridge.
