But it shouldn\u2019t. Experts also suggest setting a <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyburn.com\/life\/lifestyle\/how-to-sleep-better-hacks\/\" target=\"_blank\">consistent bedtime<\/a> to snag those seven hours, as doing so\u00a0assists in\u00a0regulating your circadian rhythm. (In other words, you&#8217;ll feel less groggy come morning.) A good bedtime goal: 10:30 p.m., which Homes.com found is the earliest time Americans hit the sheets \u2014 the average in Clifton, AZ. The latest U.S. bedtime occurs in (unsurprisingly!)
