Then you\u2019ll ease into the cardio section with a walk and light jog. After priming your muscles, you\u2019ll kick off the <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyburn.com\/life\/fitness\/high-intensity-hiit-workout\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">intervals<\/a>, in which you pick up speed and work through three sets of 60-, 45- and 30-second sprints.
