But it&#8217;s not everyday you treat yourself to a fancy Italian dinner. So we&#8217;re bringing that magic right to your home. Whether you\u2019re planning a romantic night in, or hosting a happy hour or book club, this light, this savory bread is the perfect addition to a cheese spread or a hearty salad. The best part: Opting for store-bought pizza dough makes this recipe super-easy and quick to prepare. Dress it up with any kind of grape you have at hand, white or red. Then serve with hummus or your choice of <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyburn.com\/life\/recipes\/best-vegan-cheese-substitutes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vegan cheese<\/a> and crudit\u00e9. Now that&#8217;s amore!<\/p>\n<p><strong>RELATED: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailyburn.com\/life\/recipes\/open-faced-sandwiches-recipes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">9 Delicious Open-Faced Sandwiches for Super-Quick Meals<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Focaccia Bread Recipe with Grapes and Rosemary<\/h3>\n<p><em>Serves 4<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Prep time: <\/strong>5 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Cook time: <\/strong>25 minutes<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil<br \/>\n1 batch store-bought pizza dough (use whole wheat, if available)<br \/>\n2 pounds white or red grapes<br \/>\n1\/2 cup light brown sugar<br \/>\nLeaves from 1 sprig rosemary<br \/>\nFreshly ground black pepper<\/p>\n<h3>Instructions<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 450\u00b0F. Lightly oil a 10 by 15-inch baking sheet, then use your hands to stretch out the pizza dough on the prepared baking sheet.<\/li>\n<li>Lightly crush the grapes in a bowl, and then mix them with half of the brown sugar. Spread them over the dough, then press down with your fingers so that they go into the dough a little. Cover the baking sheet with a cotton cloth and leave to rest for 30 minutes so that the dough has time to rise again.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle the focaccia with the remaining brown sugar, garnish with a few rosemary leaves and top with some ground black pepper. If you can find rosemary leaves with flowers, you can also add those once it has baked. Bake until the dough turns golden brown. This will take around 25 minutes.
