Who is LTF for?

Macronutrients are the calorie-carrying components that make up food. There are three types of macronutrients: protein, fat, and carbs. In order to achieve optimal results, we recommend focusing on getting the right balance of each type of macronutrient. So don’t worry about calorie counting—the LTF program includes an easy to follow meal plan. It is customized to your weight so that you can fuel your body with specific amounts of each macronutrient to get the most out of your workout and your recovery.
