Judi will help get you ready for your next endurance event with her cardio cross training workouts.
Want to improve both your strength and speed? JR is your man. JR is a record-setting sprinter whose agility has been put to use on the football field but now works for you. JR's workouts will get you ripped with short, high intensity workouts that burn fat fast.
Keaira is a Tampa native who specializes in kickboxing. Keaira is a talented singer, songwriter, and dancer. She has performed alongside Usher and Marc Anthony, and now she users her skills to motivate you. Keaira's motivating personality will make you forget that you are working out as you move to the beat.
Cody is a former professional snowboarder who believes that a higher level of fitness can be achieved by practicing freedom of movement within the body. Through movement, Cody will help you achieve greater joint mobility and improve your range of motion. Cody is a kettle bell specialist and is certified in circular strength training.
