Hands down... or rather booty down... this is the best workout! It's fun, good moves and sweat provoking... not to mention it brought back memories. Def doing this again.

I have been doing the Insanity workout for about 2 and half weeks but I think I may be replacing some of the workouts with stuff on here and for sure adding yoga everyday.
