The Skinny

Per mug cake:

  • 243 cal
  • 8 g fat (5 g sat)
  • 708 mg sodium
  • 34 g carbs
  • 5 g fiber
  • 13 g sugar
  • 13 g protein

Ingredients:

1 egg white, large
1 teaspoon coconut oil
4 tablespoons almond milk, unsweetened
2 tablespoons whole-wheat flour
1 tablespoon Fuel-6 Chocolate Protein Powder
1.5 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon coconut palm sugar

Preparation

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a medium size bowl.
  2. Add wet ingredients and mix.
  3. Spray a mug with coconut oil and transfer batter into mug.
  4. Cook for 1 minute in the microwave on high.
