He specializes in applying Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to help clients form habits and change life patterns. Aside from coaching clients, Dave is a freelance writer whose work has appeared in The Huffington Post, Greatist, Lifehack, and many others. He is also a motivational speaker, hosts a weekly fitness podcast, and acts as an educator who works with up and coming personal trainers.
