One year ago today, Life by DailyBurn got a fresh new start. From a one-woman blog came a full-blown editorial site, with five dedicated full-time staffers, 20-plus contributors, and you — an audience of five million readers more committed to their health and fitness than we ever could have dreamed up.
Becoming better versions of ourselves, or admirably striving toward that goal, is by no means easy, and we absolutely couldn’t do it without you. Protein smoothies just don’t taste as good when you’re sipping them solo. And burpees should never, ever be done alone (right?).
There really is strength in numbers, and while we’re still a young site with lofty goals, we know we can count on all of you — our incredible fitness fam — to make every day more gratifyingly sweat-astic than the last.
