Introducing Back to Basics

It’s time to go Back to Basics. In this four-week program, you’ll learn (or refine!) the foundational movement patterns you see in Daily Burn workouts and your everyday life. These patterns include stability, squat, hinge, lunge, lateral movement, push, pull, and rotation. The name says “Basic,” but the workouts in this program will have you sweating! Perfect for beginners and advanced users alike, you’ll focus on proper form as you move through the schedule that gets progressively more challenging. Each week includes a new workout, review, and quiz to help you seal in everything you learned. Plus, you’ll learn modifications and progressions you can add to any workout. By the time the program ends, you’ll tackle challenging workouts with confidence and be able to work out harder, smarter, and with a reduced chance of injury. Class is in session!
