The Quick HIITs Challenge kicks off on Monday, August 16, and features a daily challenge workout from Monday-Friday of the weeks of August 16 and 23. Follow the steps below to get set up for success before the Challenge begins. By downloading your clickable Challenge Card, you’ll have quick access to each workout, and the social sharing Challenge Card is a fun way to show off your hard work on social media.
