These tasty autumn treats take a little prep time, but people will go nuts over them (we promise). Serve these seasonal cookies at a party, pack them into the kids’ lunchboxes, or squirrel away a few for when you’re craving something satisfyingly sweet yet diet-friendly. Plus, you don’t even have to bake them!

The Skinny
Per 2 cookies:
- 80 cal
- 5 g fat (2 g sat)
- 8 g carbs
- 21 mg sodium
- 1 g fiber
- 1.5 g protein
Total time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
12 ounces Hersey’s Dark Chocolate Kisses with Almonds, unwrapped
72 (105 g) mini Nilla Wafers
3 tablespoons butterscotch morsels
1/4 cup peanut butter
Preperation
- Scoop peanut butter into a Ziploc bag; seal it; cut a tiny bit of one bottom corner off.
- Pipe a small dot of peanut butter onto the wafer bottom, top with a chocolate kiss. Pipe peanut butter onto a butterscotch morsel and adhere to the other side of the wafer. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
