Healthier Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

The pumpkin spice latte has become practically synonymous with autumn. Unfortunately, each one you order from your local coffee shop is pumped full of artificial pumpkin-flavored syrup and averages about 300 calories, 38 grams of sugar and 11 grams of fat. And that’s just for 12 ounces! Our healthier recipe is all-natural and only 85 calories —  half that of the cafe version.
