Chia Fresca Drink Recipe

Get a boost of omega-3 fatty acids and potassium with this refreshing tropical beverage. We combined fiber-packed chia seeds and electrolyte-rich coconut water to create a natural energy drink that’s perfect for swigging down after an arduous sweat session. It’s also great to sip with an afternoon snack, as chia aids digestion and help stabilize blood sugar. Spike it with a dash of maple syrup if you’d like, but we think the pineapple juice adds just enough sweetness.

Ingredients

1 cup coconut water
2 tablespoons pineapple juice

Preparation
