Nora Minno Shares Her Favorite Healthy Thai Recipe

Nora prepared a Thai stir fry that’s a real winner! This recipe can be modified to fit your needs. If you’re not feeling tofu, you can easily substitute your favorite protein. This recipe is quick, too. You’ll go from start to finish in about 20 minutes.
