Winter Olympics Meals: Sriracha Almond Salad Dressing

Sriracha Almond Salad Dressing Recipe

Makes 1 cup


1/2 cup Blue Diamond Sriracha Almonds
1/4 cup full fat, plain yogurt
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original Almondmilk
1-2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
Juice and zest of 1 lime
1-2 teaspoons Sriracha


  1. Pulse the almonds, lime zest and lime juice in a food processor until it becomes an almond butter consistency. Scrape down the sides of the food processor bowl frequently. Add all of the remaining ingredients and pulse until it becomes a smooth consistency.
  2. Serve the dressing with raw veggies, Asian salad or rice noodles.
