Liz Barnet is a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and health coach based in New York City and northern New Jersey. Currently, she coaches clients privately and teaches at SLT and Uplift Studios. Liz is often referred to as a source for all things related to fitness, nutrition, wellness and health. A graduate of Boston College and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, she holds a bachelor's degree in English and communications, as well as a health coaching certification. Her fitness-related certifications include just about everything but Zumba. If she's not working out or coaching a class, you can find her in the kitchen trying to recreate her favorite comfort foods in a much healthier way.
